SCAR was primarily formed to house Twelve Step Recovery Meetings. Previously, meetings were scattered throughout the city, most of which were not ADA accessible. SCAR is now the "Home" of all the Twelve Step Recovery meetings in Holdrege. Attendees can enter through the front or back (which allows privacy). SCAR also promotes meetings in other cities!
